Forum on Immigration

In keeping with our commitment to welcome and inclusion, St Margaret’s has drafted an Immigration Response policy outlining how the church and its ministries will adapt to the new challenges facing our immigrant clients, neighbors and their families. This Forum will discuss that policy and will include a Know Your Rights session led by parishioner Chris Raleigh, who has conducted such sessions for the AFL-CIO. The training is for everyone in our community – immigrant and non-immigrant – as any one of us may be called at a moment’s notice to stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters. The Forum will be held after worship on Sunday, May 4 in a hybrid format.
