Collect Writing Workshop

On the First Sunday of Advent, December 3, St. Margaret’s, will begin Year B of A Woman’s Lectionary for the Whole Church. A collect (pronounced KOL-ekt) is a short, structured prayer at the beginning of our worship service. A group of parishioners wrote the collects for Year A. If you were one of them, we’d love to have you join our team again. If you’re new to collect writing, now’s your chance to take part.
