AAPI DC Extravaganza

Join members of St. Margaret’s at a public tour of an Ay-o exhibition at the Sackler Gallery by curator Kit Brooks. This exhibition may not be appropriate for children. Please arrive early.

Follow at noon with a short visit to the Freer’s exhibition of Japanese Buddhist writings led by Ann Yonemura. We will continue to a nearby courtyard for snacks to talk about what we’ve experienced.

Ann is an art historian and Senior Curator of Japanese Art at the Freer and Sackler Galleries. In gratitude and respect for the gifts and presence of people of AAPI ancestry in all our lives and congregation, we hope you’ll join us.
