DESCRIPTION:Searching for an opportunity to build a new prayer practice—or deepen one you already have—this Lent? Join our daily Centering Prayer group on Zoom\, led by parishioner and longtime practitioner Skye Landgraf. \nWe’ll meet each weekday morning for about 20 minutes\, beginning with a brief welcome and followed by a silent sit. Different gentle “dropping in” practices may be included\, such as music\, chanting\, or light stretching. \nCome as often as you’re able—no need to attend every session.
