Annual Picnic

Each spring, the members of St. Margaret's gather to share an afternoon of fellowship and good food at our annual picnic. This event is held in Rock Creek Park. Everyone is encouraged to participate and to bring a vegetable or salad dish to share. It is a perfect opportunity to get to know other members of our community of faith better.

Christmas Party

St. Margaret's has long feted the birth of Christ with a Christmas gathering. This party is a time of relaxed fellowship, a time when we trim a tree in our parish hall, participate in various crafts (like wreath making or cookie decorating), have a carol sing along, and share a simple meal. It is a wonderful opportunity to share with one another the love that we all experience in Christ as we rejoice in his advent among us.

Pancake Supper

St. Margaret's has long celebrated Shrove Tuesday with a parish-wide pancake supper. More than delicious pancakes lovingly prepared, this event is an annual time of fellowship, reflection, and outreach -- a time to take stock and enjoy the presence of one another. Please plan to join in this event in 2006.

Annual Meeting Brunch

St. Margaret's holds its annual meeting on the first Sunday of May each year. And it's a wonderful blessing to leave this time of parish business and move into a time of fellowship and food. Each year this event is deftly coordinated by Nancy and her crew of volunteers. Our hats are off to one and all!
